Clip selection, white-labelled.
You send episodes. I send back frame-accurate pick sheets and marker files under your name. Your editor never opens a timeline to go hunting again.
48-hour turnaround on every episode. NDA on request. Your client never hears my name.
Selection is the least leveraged hour your editor works.
A careful pass on a 60-minute episode takes two to three hours: watching it through, marking candidates, cutting the list down, writing the in and out points. It requires real editorial judgment, which is why you can’t hand it to a junior. It also produces nothing billable.
At $210 an episode, that’s roughly what those hours cost you loaded. The difference is that they come back as capacity.
Capacity without payroll.
Take on four more shows this quarter without hiring. Drop back down in a slow month without a conversation. The selection load scales with your roster instead of with your headcount.

| Standard count | 5 picks per episode up to 60 minutes. 8 up to 90 minutes. Custom counts on request |
I am not visible to your client.
- No client contact. All communication runs through you. I will not email, call, or appear on a call with your client unless you ask me to.
- No branding. Nothing I send carries my name or the pullquote.studio name.
- No portfolio use. Agency work never appears in my samples, in a case study, or anywhere public, regardless of how well it performs.
- NDA on request, signed before the trial episode if you prefer.
- Discreet invoicing. One line item, worded however you need it.
- You own everything, including the pick sheets, from the moment you pay.
A number, not an aspiration.
| Account | Turnaround |
|---|---|
| Standard, any volume | 48 hours |
| Rush, any tier | 24 hours, +30% |
The clock starts when the file is accessible, not when the email arrives.
If I miss the window, that episode is free. No credit note, no negotiation. It comes off the invoice.
Per episode, up to 60 minutes, 5 picks.
| Committed volume | Per episode |
|---|---|
| Trial — one episode | $250 |
| 4+ per month | $210 |
| 8+ per month | $180 |
| 16+ per month | $155 |
| Episodes over 60 minutes | +$35 / 30 min |
|---|---|
| Picks beyond the standard count | $40 each |
| Cut and delivered reels (overflow edit capacity) | $75 each |
Commitment is monthly and set by you. Miss your volume in a given month and you’re billed at the tier you actually hit. No penalty, no clawback.
Invoiced monthly, net 15. Trial episode paid upfront.
- Trial episode. Send one representative episode from a show you already know well, so you can judge the picks against your own instincts. $250.
- Calibration. Tell me what you disagreed with. Clip length, how hard to lean into controversy, host lines or only the guest’s. Fifteen minutes, and it does most of the work.
- Standing arrangement. Delivery format, drop location, volume tier, invoicing. Set once.
Most accounts are producing usable sheets by the second episode.
I take a limited number of agency accounts.
One person watches every episode. There is no queue behind me and no junior doing the first pass. That’s the reason the picks are worth buying, and it’s also a hard ceiling. When I’m full, I’ll say so rather than quietly slipping deadlines.
Can we resell this at a markup?
Yes. That’s the arrangement. What you charge your client is your business.
Do you need our transcript?
No. I make my own from the episode, so there’s nothing extra for your team to prepare.
What if your picks don’t match our house style?
That’s what calibration is for. Send notes after the first two episodes and it stops being a problem. If it doesn’t, stop sending episodes. There’s no contract holding you.
Do you work in our project files?
No. I work from a copy of the media and send back markers. Your project stays yours and I never touch your storage.
Can you handle a backlog?
Yes, but tell me the size before you send it. A forty-episode archive is a scheduling conversation, not a normal week.
Where are you based?
Croatia, Central European Time. Practically, that means episodes sent at the end of a US business day get worked on before your morning.
Do you do the editing too?
$75 per finished reel for existing accounts. It’s overflow capacity, not the main service.
Start with one episode.
Send something you know well. Judge the sheet against what you’d have picked yourself. That’s the only test that matters.
